Flora London Marathon 2008

On Sunday 13th April 2008, Craig and Myles will take part in the Flora London Marathon on behalf of the British Forces Foundation - their first full marathon for both. To promote the public image of the BFF and encourage sponsorship, Craig and Myles will be attempting a world record during the marathon - namely to be the first people to run it in full combat body armour.

London to Millau Cycle 2008

This one isn't for the feint hearted! The plan is to cycle a total of 680 miles, over 7 days, to the Millau Bridge in France.

• Day 1: Starting Nelson's Column at 1000 on 5th June 2008, cycle 80 miles to Dover (ferry from Dover to Dunkirk)
• Day 2: D-Day Anniversary. Possibly no cycling and take part in days events.
• Day 3: Dunkirk - Arras, 120 miles
• Day 4: Arras - Paris, 120 miles
• Day 5: Paris - Bourges, 120 miles
• Day 6: Bourges - Riom, 120 miles
• Day 7: Riom - Millau Bridge,120 miles
